We’re looking for a high-impact Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS to lead the development and growth of our new calling SaaS initiative. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a scaling environment and can convert customer insights into features that increase adoption, usage, and revenue. You’ll work at the intersection of customer experience, product strategy, and commercial growth, owning features and flows that power real-time customer conversations and retention for other B2B SaaS companies. Key Responsibilities: Product Leadership Define, prioritize, and execute on a scalable product roadmap focused on communications and engagement tools for B2B users. Translate high-level company objectives into tactical plans that deliver measurable outcomes. Customer & Market Intelligence Conduct ongoing discovery to uncover high-value problems in sales, support, and onboarding use cases where real-time calling is critical. Benchmark against established and emerging players in the calling and CX SaaS landscape. Execution & Scale Partner closely with engineering, design, GTM, and support teams to deliver impactful features fast, with reliability, security, and scalability in mind. Own KPIs across activation, usage, retention, and monetization, using data to inform and iterate on product decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration Enable Sales, CS, and Marketing with product knowledge, positioning, and roadmap clarity. Manage stakeholder communication across teams and senior leadership. Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a post-Product-Market-Fit growth stage. Proven track record of building and scaling user-facing features in communications, CRM, customer support, or sales enablement tools. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and execute at speed. Skilled in user research, data analysis, and hypothesis-driven iteration. Comfortable working in remote, agile teams and engaging directly with customers and partners. Bonus Points For Experience building integrations with CRMs, helpdesks, or marketing automation platforms. Background in PLG (Product-Led Growth) environments. Familiarity with subscription pricing strategy, usage-based billing, or upsell mechanics in SaaS.
