As the Digital Marketer, you will lead our marketing efforts for web-related and SaaS products. This position is ideal for a seasoned marketer with a 'T-shaped' skill set, combining broad marketing knowledge with deep expertise in specific areas. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and developing innovative marketing strategies. Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth for our web and SaaS products. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Implement strategies to attract and retain users, utilizing various digital marketing channels. SEO & SEM: Oversee search engine optimization and marketing efforts to maximize online visibility and traffic. Affiliate & Referral Marketing: Expand and optimize affiliate and referral programs. UX & Design Collaboration: Work closely with design and UX teams to ensure product interfaces are user-friendly and align with marketing goals. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to guide marketing strategies, making data-informed decisions to optimize performance. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact. AI Tool Integration: Leverage AI tools to optimize marketing campaigns, enhance customer insights, and improve decision-making for better results. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of digital marketing experience. Expertise in SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and web analytics. Familiarity with AI tools that can assist in product marketing activities. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Innovative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Background in UX and design principles is beneficial.
