Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales Engineer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and support to the sales team in order to secure new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to comprehend customer requirements and business challenges. Moreover, you will conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients. Your role will also involve creating and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs, as well as preparing technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges. - Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients. - Develop and deliver customized solutions that align with customer needs. - Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation. - Act as a technical advisor for customers, addressing queries and concerns. - Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback. - Assist in proof-of-concept (PoC) development and testing. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings. - Support post-sales teams in project handovers and initial implementation phases. - Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly solutions. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with CRM and sales tools is a plus. - Willingness to travel as needed.
