Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end solution design and technical architecture for SAP projects and connected enterprise systems. Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, efficient, and maintainable SAP technical solutions. Configure SAP modules in line with defined business processes and project goals. Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment on solution design and implementation. Prepare and maintain high-quality technical documentation , including solution blueprints, configuration guides, and test cases. Oversee and support the testing lifecycle : unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Ensure integration with non-SAP systems follows enterprise standards and architecture best practices. Provide technical leadership to development teams and engage in solution reviews and risk assessments . Required Skills: 8-12 years of IT experience, with at least 4-6 years as a Solution/Technical Architect in SAP environments. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Fiori, BTP, ABAP, or other modules as required). Proven ability to design integrations between SAP and third-party systems. Excellent skills in solution documentation, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving . Exposure to Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies. SAP certifications (technical or functional) are highly desirable. Good to Have: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and SAP on cloud. Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies like SAP BTP, AI/ML in SAP, RPA, etc. Experience working in large-scale global rollouts or transformation programs.

As a Solution Architect at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the design, integrity, and quality of the SAP solution and associated IS services delivered to Business, Support Functions, and IS Technology domains. Your background should include a Masters/Bachelors Degree in Engineering in Computer Science or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Certification in S/4 HANA and practical implementation experience with integration software/tools like BizTalk and MuleSoft will be advantageous. Familiarity with agile project delivery, SAP ABAP programming and debugging skills, and international work experience will also be beneficial for this role. Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for code-related issues or platform defects impacting customers. Offer guidance and mentorship to junior support team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development. Qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow modules like ITSM,HRSD etc Strong technical skills in ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g. GlideRecord, GlideSystem) Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues, including environment-specific problems. Ability to identify root causes and recommend proactive solutions to prevent recurrence. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies to prioritize and address customer tickets effectively. Experience in engaging directly with customers to understand and address their business needs through technical solutions. A track record of achieving high customer satisfaction scores through effective communication, empathy, and technical depth. Strong technical writing skills to produce clear, detailed incident reports, solution documentation, and customer-facing updates. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and providing clear, professional updates to customers. Certifications : ServiceNow certifications in CSA is must and CIS ITSM/HRSD are strongly preferred. Work hours: 11AM to 8PM IST.
