In this role, you will own delivery of current year annual operating plan for your portfolio as well as delivery of an NPI roadmap for the 3-year strategic planning period. Collaborate cross-functionally: Engage with local and global stakeholders for business alignment, and with cross-functional teams at every stage of the development, execution & commercialization process. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive NPI initiatives forward.
