Job Description

As a SAP Basis HANA DB Admin with 5 to 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Good knowledge and troubleshooting skills in SAP BASIS, Support Pack upgrade, S/4 FPS Upgrade - Understanding and expertise in SAP Application HA - Proficient in Linux OS - Expertise in HANA Architecture, including HANA SCALE-UP and SCALE-OUT Architecture - Experience in HANA Database in HA Failover/Failback and resolving performance issues - Familiarity with HANA Table Partitioning and SAP System refresh using HANA Database - Ability to run and analyze HANA Mini Checks - Experience in Performance monitoring, HANA System Monitoring, and HANA DB Admin - Proficiency in Backup & Restore, System Refresh, Oracle and HANA Database/client installation - Knowledge of HANA SPS Patching, DB and application upgrade, and Start/Stop of HANA Nodes - Support during firmware upgrade/patching, Managing Replication & Node Failover, and Disaster Recovery - Manage System landscape connections, Issue Resolution, Troubleshoot & fixing DB performance issues, General optimization, and SAP Note application Qualifications required for this role include: - SAP Certification in SAP Basis or HANA would be an advantage but not mandatory As a part of the team, you are expected to: - Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate solutions - Lead or work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multifunctional, and addressing complex issues - Mentor, motivate and train the co-workers - Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction - Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity You can work from any nearest Mphasis office.,
