Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading sales teams to achieve sales targets. Your primary duties will include hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes to drive sales. You will also be expected to travel as part of your role. It is crucial for you to represent the company effectively with a comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Researching consumer needs and identifying how our solutions address them - Hiring, training, motivating, and advising a team of sales representatives - Achieving company objectives by thorough planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts To qualify for this role, you should be an Any Graduate with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Additionally, you should have knowledge of the features, benefits, and advantages of both our products and those of our competitors. Familiarity with financing options, generating quotations, documentation requirements, and timelines is essential. You should also be well-versed in the value-added services associated with our product, events that impact sales, product demonstrations, and objection handling. Possessing a 4-wheeler commercial vehicle driving license is preferred. In addition to the above, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and ensure a strong company presence. You will also oversee recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. The job location for this position is in Uttar Pradesh, specifically in Agra & Firozabad. The salary budget for this role ranges from 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 lpa.
