Senior Operations Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily business operations, improving processes, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. Your main responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow across all departments. - Designing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. - Working closely with leadership to translate company goals into operational strategies and action plans. - Monitoring key operational KPIs and preparing reports for management review. - Collaborating with HR, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cross-functional coordination. - Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations. - Leading, mentoring, and guiding operational teams to meet performance targets. - Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions for process optimization. - Ensuring high standards of work quality, compliance, and accountability across functions. - Driving initiatives that enhance employee productivity and overall organizational effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - 7-10 years of proven experience in operations or business management. - Strong understanding of business processes, planning, and performance monitoring.
