Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager at Vinlam Concepts, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily business functions, streamlining processes, and ensuring consistent operational efficiency across departments. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution and adherence to company SOPs. - Ensuring all employees complete assigned tasks efficiently and operational targets are met. - Coordinating with multiple departments to eliminate bottlenecks and improve workflow. - Monitoring productivity and generating performance reports for management review. - Identifying process gaps and implementing practical solutions to improve efficiency. - Handling basic HR-related administrative aspects like attendance, compliance, and discipline to support operations. - Maintaining a professional, structured, and accountable work environment. To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field. - 5-10 years of proven experience in Operations Management with strong team-handling capabilities. - Must be currently residing in Vijayawada or within commutable distance. - Demonstrated ability to ensure daily process adherence and operational discipline. - Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills - capable of driving execution on the ground. - Excellent coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills. - Familiarity with operational SOPs, compliance, and efficiency monitoring systems. You are a strong leader who thrives on ownership and accountability, process-oriented, disciplined, and structured in your work approach, proactive and capable of making quick, effective operational decisions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, expanding organization.
