Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Voice Process Executive located in Indore. The International Voice Process Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues through phone calls, providing excellent customer support and service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
