Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day operations of BPO/Call Centre, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze CSAT data to identify areas for improvement in customer service delivery.

Job Requirements :

  • 15-25 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry with a focus on operations management.
  • Strong understanding of finance principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proven track record in reducing attrition rates through people development programs.
