As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who can own and drive end-to-end operations with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

Role Overview

The Senior Operations Manager will lead all supply chain operations including contract manufacturing coordination, third-party logistics management, inventory optimisation, and vendor development. This role requires strong execution, structured thinking, and hands-on experience in FMCG / nutraceutical / manufacturing-linked operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the relationship with our contract manufacturing partner, ensuring smooth production planning, execution, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate inward and outward operations with our third-party warehousing and logistics partners.
• Oversee and optimise inventory planning including forecasting, reorder levels, SKU planning, and wastage control.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers for packaging, raw materials, and operational service partners.
• Work closely with finance for budgeting, purchase orders, costing, and reconciliations.
• Create and maintain operational SOPs and tracking dashboards for visibility across procurement, production, and fulfilment.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve cost efficiency and operational reliability.
• Coordinate QC checkpoints across manufacturing and warehousing.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, certifications, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing and logistics.
• Support new product development execution from operations and supply chain standpoint.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in operations or supply chain, ideally in FMCG, nutrition, food/beverage, or D2C brands.
• Strong vendor and partner management skills.
• Hands-on experience in production planning, sourcing, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, basic QC, and logistics.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-ownership environments.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
