Assistant Manager Production

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and stabilizing critical processes such as Fabrication, Assembling line Brazing gas charging, and PU Foaming. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations and meet quality standards - Efficiently allocating resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize production output and minimize waste - Leading and motivating production team members through guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their skills and performance - Monitoring production processes to maintain high-quality standards and promptly address any deviations or issues - Coordinating with inventory control teams to prevent production delays or shortages by ensuring adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished goods - Upholding safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the production facility to foster a culture of workplace safety among staff - Identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements and implementing relevant strategies and best practices - Fostering effective communication and collaboration across departments to align production goals with broader organizational objectives - Tracking production metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to assess performance trends, and preparing regular reports for management review - Addressing production-related challenges in a timely and effective manner using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to prevent recurrence The job type for this role is full-time, with a day shift schedule and a performance bonus.
