Key Responsibilities: Preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Filing of Income Tax Returns , TDS , GST , and Sales Tax returns. Managing ROC compliances , company law filings, and ensuring legal and financial compliance. Conducting and overseeing Statutory Audit , Tax Audit , and VAT Audit . Handling day-to-day accounting operations, including vendor management, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny. Experience working with or managing accounts of EOU manufacturing units . Collaborating with tax consultants and internal teams for audits and compliance. Preparation of financial projections , budgeting, and variance analysis. Assisting in strategic financial planning and cost control measures. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in a manufacturing unit , preferably in EOU operations, is highly desirable . Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar tools. Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws, financial reporting standards, and audit processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate effectively across departments. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Manager with a strong background in food manufacturing to lead and manage day-to-day factory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the production floor, ensuring timely output, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage end-to-end production activities to ensure timely execution and delivery. Plan, organize, and allocate manpower efficiently to meet production targets. Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards throughout the production process. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, production logs, and efficiency metrics. Streamline production processes to reduce downtime and optimize productivity. Coordinate effectively with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Maintenance departments to align production goals with business needs. Monitor and manage raw material usage, wastage, and inventory at the shop floor level. Lead and motivate the production team to maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety norms. Troubleshoot issues in production and resolve them in a timely manner. Assist in planning and implementing process improvements and cost optimization strategies. Opportunity to establish new manufacturing facility and SOPs for it. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in food/FMCG industry. Proven experience in handling production teams and factory operations. Good knowledge of production planning, process control, and workflow optimization. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and report generation (MIS). Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
