Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage warehouse inventory to maintain accurate stock records.
• Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Track inventory levels and reorder points, identifying shortages and surpluses.

Stock Level Tracking:

• Ensure that stock levels align with company standards and demands.
• Update and maintain records of stock levels, including incoming and outgoing stock.

Coordination with Procurement:

• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure inventory levels meet production needs.
• Communicate inventory requirements and discrepancies to the procurement team for timely reordering.

Warehouse Organization:

• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to streamline inventory access.
• Implement best practices for labeling, storage, and handling of inventory.

Inventory Documentation:

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of all inventory records in the inventory management system.
• Prepare regular inventory reports for management, highlighting stock levels and any potential issues.

Quality Control:

• Inspect inventory upon arrival for quantity and quality, addressing any discrepancies with suppliers.
• Coordinate with the quality control team to address any inventory quality concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
