Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator

You will be responsible for monitoring and managing warehouse inventory to ensure accurate stock records are maintained. This includes performing regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits to verify accuracy. Tracking inventory levels and reorder points will be essential, identifying any shortages or surpluses. It will be your duty to ensure that stock levels are in line with company standards and demands. Updating and maintaining records of stock levels, both incoming and outgoing, will also fall under your purview. Close coordination with the procurement team is crucial to ensure that inventory levels meet production needs. You will need to communicate inventory requirements and discrepancies to the procurement team promptly for timely reordering. Maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse layout to facilitate easy inventory access is imperative. Implementing best practices for labeling, storage, and handling of inventory will be essential for smooth operations. You will be required to ensure accurate data entry and upkeep of all inventory records in the inventory management system. Additionally, preparing regular inventory reports for management, highlighting stock levels and potential issues, will be part of your responsibilities. Quality control is a critical aspect of the role. You will need to inspect inventory upon arrival for both quantity and quality, addressing any discrepancies with suppliers. Coordinating with the quality control team to resolve any inventory quality concerns is also essential. This is a full-time position based in Uruli Kanchan, Maharashtra. The job requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. The ability to commute to Uruli Kanchan, Maharashtra, or willingness to relocate before the start date is necessary.
