Assistant Manager Production

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shift Management:

• Oversee and manage day and night production shifts to ensure seamless operations.
• Address shift-related challenges and ensure effective handovers between shifts.

2. Planning and Execution:

• Assist in planning and executing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with organizational objectives.

3. ERP Entries and Documentation:

• Maintained accurate records of production data through ERP systems.
• Prepare packing lists, reports, and other documentation as required.

4. Dispute Resolution and Communication:

• Resolve conflicts among team members and production departments promptly and effectively.
• Ensure clear and professional communication within the team.

5. Technical Proficiency:

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in the production process.
• Optimize efficiency by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.

6. Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor production efficiency and ensure the team meets daily targets.
• Implement strategies for continuous improvement.

7. Reporting:

• Generate and present detailed production reports with crystal-clear insights.

8. Leadership and Team Development:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor production team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Provide regular feedback and support to enhance team skills and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
