We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Production | Gurgaon

Are you a hands-on production professional ready to lead from the front?

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Production to manage end-to-end operations at a leading manufacturing facility in Gurgaon (company name confidential).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production across multiple sections (Die Casting, Assembly, Painting, Plating)
• Drive efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery targets
• Lead a team of supervisors, operators, and contract workforce
• Implement lean manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen, TPM)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• 5–6 years of production management experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably metal components, fasteners, or similar industries)
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, process improvement, and team management

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
