About the Role
This is a Pan-India profile for Centralized Procurement. The role involves handling procurement of telecom infrastructure equipment, managing supplier relationships, ensuring contract governance, and driving compliance while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of telecom infrastructure (Small Cells, Lean Macro, IBS, Cables, Electronics).
• Coordinate with Deployment, O&M, and Technology teams for MRP, supplier visits, and PDI.
• Ensure contract governance, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Onboard new partners and drive initiatives for cost, quality, and delivery optimization.
• Monitor market trends, raw material costs, and competitor landscape for efficiency improvements.
• Ensure 100% adherence to P2P process, DOA compliance, and audit requirements.
• Oversee rate contracting, SLAs, warranty, TAT, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Graduate / B.Tech / MBA (preferred)
• Relevant industry experience in procurement/supply chain (telecom sector preferred)
• Strong knowledge of P2P process and telecom passive equipment
• Skills in negotiation, logistics management, and supplier governance
• Ownership mindset, process-oriented, and systematic approach
