We are hiring for a leading furniture / interior company, who is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales function across India.

Sales Head | National Role | Furniture Industry

Location: Pune (Base) | Scope: PAN-India

Experience: 10+ Years | Industry: Furniture Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive national-level sales strategy and execution for our furniture product lines.

2. Lead revenue growth by building and managing key client relationships.

3. Own and deliver individual sales targets while managing team performance.

4. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

5. Collaborate with product and operations teams to align market demand with supply.

What We're Looking For:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a Sales Leadership role in the furniture or interiors industry.

2. Proven track record of delivering business growth at scale.

3. Strong leadership and business acumen.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Willingness to travel across regions.

Base Location: Pune (Must be open to nationwide travel)
