Sales Head

Position: Sales Head – Ernakulam Branch

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead the Ernakulam branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales team, developing and executing branch-level sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring targets are consistently met.

The Sales Head must have a strong background in education sector sales, with proven experience in team management, client relationship building, and business development. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership, and the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team toward achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Ernakulam sales team, including BDMs, BDAs, and TLs.

- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.

- Create and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.

- Monitor daily operations, lead tracking, conversion ratios, and team performance.

- Train, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and reporting to management.

- Represent the branch in leadership meetings and contribute to growth planning.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.

- Proven experience in managing and scaling sales teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting systems.

- Graduate degree (MBA preferred).

Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)
