Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic & Executive Support Assist in preparing board materials, slide decks, dashboards, and performance metrics. Coordinate cross‐functional coordination: liaise with Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, R&D, Finance, etc. Monitor action items from meetings; track follow-ups and ensure timelines are met. Communication & Stakeholder Management Act as liaison between the MD and internal teams, external partners, clients, vendors. Help in maintaining relationships with key clients, architects, dealers, distributors, franchisees. Represent the MD in meetings when required, take notes, disseminate minutes, track actions.
