Sales Head Job Description for Maxpo Exhibitions

Maxpo Exhibitions seeks a dynamic Sales Head to lead revenue growth for our international events, trade shows, and PropTech summits. This role drives B2B sales strategies in the competitive exhibitions industry, targeting high-value clients across India and global markets like Dubai.​

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual revenue targets, including identifying new markets, exhibitor opportunities, and sponsorship deals.​
• Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting individual quotas and monitoring performance through data analysis and feedback.​
• Build relationships with key clients, such as event organizers, brands, and corporate partners, while negotiating contracts and ensuring repeat business.​
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities (e.g., other trade fair companies), and sales data to refine pipelines and forecast accurately.​
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and HR teams to align on lead generation, event promotion, and CRM tools for seamless funnel management.​

Required Qualifications

• 3-5years in B2B sales, preferably in events, exhibitions, or trade shows, with 2 years in leadership roles.​
• Proven track record of hitting multi-crore revenue targets, with expertise in consultative selling and high-ticket deals.​
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and knowledge of Indian/international event markets.​
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership to inspire teams in a fast-paced startup environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,727.32 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• FrazerTown, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
