Job Description

Job Title: Sales Head

Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO

Reporting Under:

Location: Piplod, Surat

Working Hours: 10:00 to 7:00

Industry: Real Estate Builders & Construction Company

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

·Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

·Analyze real estate market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

· Forecast sales performance and track KPIs to inform management decisions.

Team Development & Management

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.

· Recruit, train and coach field sales executives and broker partners.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.

Sales Operations

· Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

· Manage CRM systems to optimize lead tracking and customer engagements.

·Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, project launches, and events to generate quality leads.

Client & Partner Relationship Management

·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and real estate agents.

·Ensure high levels of customer service and maintain long-term client satisfaction.

Reporting & Compliance

· Prepare periodic sales reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior leadership.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and ethical practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience & Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 8 – 12+ years of experience in real estate sales with proven performance.

At least 3 – 5 years in a leadership or managerial role in real estate sales.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking with ability to drive results and meet targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.

Deep understanding of the Surat or Gujarat real estate market is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
