Assistant Manager Production

You will b e based a t Basil Natural TSR Pvt Ltd, Thattekadu P O for Plant Production,

maintenance and responsible for projects assigned by the company.

* You should shoulder with existing team to complete the ongoing expansion o f 3 0 M T to

6 0 MT per day.

* Co-ordinate and support System administrator for Implementing SAP across the plant and

divisions.

* Responsibility for the Man power management across the plant i n all shifts and maintain

cordial Industrial relations among the people.

* Monitor north Indian workers staying a t worker's quarters and communicate with them.

* Liaise with the Production Manager for effective utilization o f manpower, machineries,

maintenance etc.

* Day t o day monitoring of the activities i n the plant and necessary assistance to the team

a t all levels i f necessary.

* Efficient and cost-effective operations of the plant so that t o reduce the cost of production.

* Effective involvement in planning weekly maintenance (Sunday maintenance) and its completion on time so that t o avoid any kind o f break down incidents.

* Identify and recommend measures that can improve quality of our product, reduce cost o f production and increase production.

* Insure compliance of statutory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
