Assistant Manager Production

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage FRP moulding and gratings operations to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Interpret and implement technical drawings for production requirements.
• Coordinate with labour contractors and oversee workforce allocation to maintain efficiency and safety.
• Act as a production supervisor, monitoring daily operations, ensuring adherence to standards, and resolving on-site issues.
• Maintain strong client coordination and communication, providing updates, addressing requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Track production schedules, prepare reports, and achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in FRP moulding and gratings.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills for managing labour contractors and production staff.
• Excellent client communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of FRP applications in construction, infrastructure, and building materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in FRP production, moulding, and supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
