Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. This role demands strong analytical thinking, hands-on experience with campaign setup, and the ability to convert insights into action that delivers real business impact.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Funnel Building

  • Develop and implement full-funnel performance marketing strategies for diverse client objectives including lead generation, D2C sales, brand awareness, and app installs
  • Build media plans aligned with KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV
  • Identify and segment target audiences with precision to ensure relevance and cost-efficiency

Campaign Execution

  • Launch, monitor, and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube
  • Write and review compelling ad copy and coordinate with creative teams for high-impact creatives
  • Implement best practices for account structure, ad group segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation

Optimization and Scaling

  • Perform A/B and multivariate testing for creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences
  • Use GA4, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards to monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve CTR, reduce CPA, and scale ROAS
  • Build retargeting strategies and dynamic audience flows to re-engage high-intent users

Analytics and Reporting

  • Set up accurate conversion tracking using Pixels, GA4, and third-party attribution tools
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations
  • Analyze user behavior and ad engagement data to inform performance tweaks and creative direction

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with content, creative, SEO, and web development teams to ensure holistic campaign success
  • Participate in client calls to explain performance metrics and propose improvement strategies


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media marketing, preferably in an agency environment
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Ads
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, UTM tagging, and attribution models
  • In-depth understanding of conversion funnels, audience segmentation, remarketing, and lead nurturing
  • Strong data interpretation and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills


Preferred Qualifications
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
  • Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Hotjar, or CRM systems like Zoho or HubSpot
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising or Amazon Ads is a plus
