Performance Marketing Specialist


Roles & Responsibilities


1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for better campaign efficiency.
  • Manage full-funnel campaigns — from awareness to conversion — ensuring strong ROAS.


2. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize results.
  • Analyze trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement continuous optimization strategies.


3. Budget & Reporting

  • Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently across channels.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
  • Track competitor performance and industry benchmarks for better positioning.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the design, content, and e-commerce teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with product and brand teams to ensure campaign relevance and accuracy.
  • Share data-driven insights to help guide creative and strategic decisions.


5. Platform Management & Innovation

  • Explore emerging ad platforms (YouTube, Amazon Ads, influencer collaborations, etc.).
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes, new tools, and ad tech innovations.
  • Suggest new growth channels and audience expansion opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email automation, and remarketing strategies is a plus.
  • Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands will be an added advantage.
