Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, ROAS optimization, and AI-driven campaign strategy. The ideal candidate will blend analytical skills with creative thinking to deliver measurable growth and high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, and key performance metrics, making real-time adjustments.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify winning creatives, landing pages, and ad formats.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align ad messaging with brand goals.
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) for ad copy, audience segmentation, and data insights.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize conversions and minimize cost per result.
• Stay updated on digital trends, new ad formats, and performance marketing innovations.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads with strong ROAS.
• Deep understanding of Pixel tracking, GTM, and conversion APIs.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and remarketing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered ad optimization tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
