Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid marketing platforms and a strong understanding of performance metrics, audience targeting, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum performance — improving CTR, CPC, and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversions.
• Track daily performance metrics and prepare regular campaign performance reports.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to develop effective ad creatives.
• Manage budgets, monitor spending, and ensure campaigns deliver within target CPA and ROAS goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and emerging advertising tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Candidate should have experience in wordpress.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
• Experience with remarketing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
