Job Description

A Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. They also handle administrative tasks such as sorting mail, making copies, and assisting with basic office duties. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming and Greeting: Greeting visitors, staff, and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Phone Management: Answering, screening, and transferring phone calls efficiently. Scheduling and Appointment Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating conference room bookings. Administrative Support: Sorting and distributing mail, making copies, and filing documents. Office Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Information and Assistance: Providing basic information and assistance to visitors and staff. Security and Access: Managing visitor logs, issuing badges, and ensuring building security. Office Supplies: Monitoring and ordering office supplies. Additional Tasks: Assisting with travel arrangements, data entry, and other clerical duties as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,589.30 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 19/05/2025
