Role Overview We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen-related operations at our properties. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene, quality, and service while managing staff, supplies, and daily meal operations for residents. Key Responsibilities * Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation and service. * Manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and performance. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality standards. * Coordinate with vendors for procurement of raw materials and supplies. * Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce wastage. * Address feedback/complaints related to food service and resolve promptly. * Work closely with Operations and Property Managers to ensure smooth resident experience.
