Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Intern located in New Delhi. The Telecalling Intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our hostels and co-living spaces, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with booking reservations. The intern will also collect and record customer feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and call handling experience
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and data entry
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a degree in any field is a plus
