Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager located in New Delhi. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, overseeing account operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, resolving issues, and coordinating with various teams to deliver exceptional service. The role also involves analyzing account performance and implementing strategies for growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service, and client relations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop strategies for account growth
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality or co-living industry is a plus
