We are looking for QHSE Executive/Manager for In-house in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Candidate must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in QHSE Executive/Manager in Food/ catering industries. Key Responsibilities Policy & System Development · Formulate and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs. · Ensure compliance with local laws, international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001), and client requirements. Risk Management & Compliance · Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and environmental impact analysis. · Ensure statutory compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. · Liaise with regulatory bodies and auditors. Monitoring & Reporting · Track and report on HSE performance indicators (accidents, incidents, near misses, LTIs). · Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective and preventive measures. Training & Awareness · Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and refresher training. · Promote awareness of safe working practices and environmental protection. Emergency Preparedness · Develop and implement emergency response and disaster management plans. · Conduct regular fire drills, evacuation drills, and emergency exercises. Environmental Management · Monitor waste management, pollution control, and sustainability practices. · Implement energy-saving, waste reduction, and resource optimization programs. Team Leadership · HSE officers and site safety supervisors. · Drive safety culture improvement initiatives. Key Skills and Competencies: · In-depth knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and best practices. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills. · Excellent communication and leadership abilities. · Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
