Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager, located in New Delhi. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensure compliance with property regulations, and handle administrative tasks such as rent collection. This role requires managing a team and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Property management and tenant relations skills
• Experience in maintenance coordination and repair management
• Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and rent collection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and work independently
• Experience with property regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel management is prefered.
• Experience in the co-living or hostel industry is a plus
