Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Overseeing all building systems, including fire/life safety, MEP, and all critical utilities.
Ensuring the documentation of assets under the asset list/ tracker.
Ensuring the documentation and checking of the assets under the defective liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker.
Be responsible for hiring, training, and development of shift engineers and maintenance, HK Soft Services Security staff.
Formulating suitable budgeting controls and monitoring SLAs & KPIs of all outsourced agencies towards effective service delivery.
Maintaining service level agreements and keeping performance indicator scores above excellence.
Ensuring timely renewal of the agreement, submission of invoices, and follow-ups For the payments

Previous experience in a similar Asset & Property maintenance Management Role.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Paying attention to detail and having excellent problem-solving skills is essential. Teamwork and management skills are added advantages.
Have the capacity to multitask efficiently with excellent communication skills (written and oral)

With min 5 to 6 years of working experience in the Real Estate Builders / Developers Entity.
