Role & responsibilities Accounts Manager (Finance-Focused) 1. Supervising daily accounting operations and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Prepare/analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet). Payroll, bank reconciliations, cash book maintenance, stock maintenance month/year-end closes. Analyse and filling of GST/TDS/PROFESSIONAL TAX Export issue clearance with customs. Stock statement preparation and submission to Bank Develop and monitor budgets, provide financial insights. Train and mentor junior accounting staff. Key Skills: Financial analysis, accounting software (TALLY PRIME EDIT LOG), Excel, time management, attention to detail, leadership.
