Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Telecalling Intern based in Vadodara. The Telecalling Intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and setting up appointments for senior staff. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining call logs, following up on leads, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a degree is a plus
• Experience with telecalling or sales is desirable
