Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Front Desk Receptionist. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting residents and visitors, managing incoming calls, maintaining a welcoming lobby environment, and performing administrative and clerical duties. The individual will also handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Receptionist Duties, including handling calls and welcoming visitors effectively
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as data entry, scheduling, and managing records
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on resolving inquiries and providing a positive experience
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a reception or front desk role is a plus
