About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Operations Executive with hands-on experience in digital marketing to support and streamline day-to-day operations, manage digital campaigns, and ensure project deadlines are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Monitor and manage ongoing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.). Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers for all digital marketing activities. Assist in performance tracking, campaign analysis, and report generation using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Communicate with vendors, freelancers, or agency partners, ensuring deliverables are met. Ensure SOPs are followed and suggest improvements for workflow optimization. Support client communication, feedback collection, and follow-ups where required.
