ob Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The candidate will play a fundamental role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales over calls or digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, communication, and helping clients find the right solutions. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing customers via phone, email, or chat to inform them about products/services Understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or CRM systems Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate details Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales or business development team Handle inbound queries and convert warm leads into sales opportunities Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on sales activity Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or business development is a plus Preferred Skills: Fluency in English and local language(s) Time management and organizational skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Quick learner and adaptable to change Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Night shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8792096393 Expected Start Date: 23/06/2025
