Description
Job Title: Full-Stack DeveloperLocation: On-Site – KolkataExperience Level: 1-3 Years About the RoleWe are looking for a versatile and results-driven Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This role requires expertise in both frontend and backend technologies to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications. You will work closely with product designers, project managers, and other developers to bring ideas to life with clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend DevelopmentBuild responsive, high-performance UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular). Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into working code. Optimize web pages for maximum speed and responsiveness. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance. Backend DevelopmentDesign and develop APIs, microservices, and application logic using Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel). Implement RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration. Integrate with third-party APIs and services (e.g., payment gateways, CRM, analytics). Manage user authentication, authorization, and session management. Database ManagementDesign and manage relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases. Write efficient queries and schema optimizations for performance. DevOps & DeploymentHandle code versioning using Git/GitHub/GitLab. Deploy applications to AWS, Vercel, Netlify, Heroku, or other cloud platforms. Set up CI/CD pipelines and monitor performance, uptime, and server health. Required Skills & ExperienceProficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ES6+. Strong command of React.js / Vue.js / Angular on the frontend. Solid backend development experience in Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks. Familiar with MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB and ORM tools. Experience with version control systems (Git). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)Experience with Docker, AWS Lambda, or Serverless functions. Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time apps. Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, and testing frameworks. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and JIRA. What You’ll GetOpportunity to build and scale digital products from scratch.
