Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies for real estate projects.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
  • Drive high-quality lead generation, CPL optimization, and lead-to-sale conversion performance.

🔹 Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to measure and report campaign performance.
  • Implement A/B testing, landing page optimization, and remarketing strategies to maximize effectiveness.

🔹 Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage and optimize large digital budgets with accountability for ROI.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage digital agencies and marketing partners.
  • Ensure marketing spends align with project sales objectives and overall business goals.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, design, and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business needs.
  • Collaborate on impactful creatives, landing pages, and go-to-market strategies.

🔹 Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities in the real estate sector.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and campaign innovation.

Key Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven track record of managing large digital budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage.
