You’ll be the maestro behind campaign excellence—mentoring teammates, collaborating across disciplines, and always raising the bar. What You’ll Do Design and own the full-funnel performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and emerging channels—scaling revenue, growing audiences, and elevating brand equity. Lead, coach, and empower a team of energetic marketers; guide campaign ideation, execution, and ongoing optimization, making sure everyone shines. Set clear KPIs, develop robust reporting frameworks, and present actionable business insights—whether in the boardroom or with the creative squad. Direct agency/client relationships, collaborating with creative, content, and product teams to ensure bold, high-performing launches. Manage budget allocation, monitor spend, and maximize ROI across every paid and organic channel. Stay ahead of the curve: experiment with new platforms, audience segments, AI-driven tools, and innovative test-and-learn approaches. Conduct deep market research, competitor benchmarking, and funnel analysis to uncover fresh opportunities and strengths. Own multi-channel campaign optimization (Google, Meta, SEO, programmatic, affiliate, influencer, and more), drive A/B testing and conversion rate improvements. What Sets You Apart 4–8 years of hands-on experience running and scaling performance campaigns, with at least 2 years in a team or project leadership role. A proven track record of delivering results for D2C e-commerce and/or high-volume lead generation brands. Mastery in Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms, and marketing automation/CRM tools. Strategic thinker AND tactical executor—comfortable setting vision and rolling up sleeves to deliver. Deep analytical skills: transform campaign and business data into insights, strategies, and memorable stories. A confident communicator—can inspire teams, persuade clients, and illuminate results for stakeholders. Experience in budget planning, resource allocation, and holistic business decision-making. Known for initiative, ownership, and creative problem-solving—making challenges into wins. Adept at mentoring and developing junior talent; team success is your top metric. Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, reporting dashboards, and martech stacks. Bonus Points Experience with multi-region campaigns, agencies, or working with household-name brands. Fluency in SEO/SEM, influencer programs, cross-channel attribution, and AI-driven marketing tactics. Exposure to web development/UX projects, creative briefing, and value-driven storytelling.
