About the Role

This is a high-impact role focused on owning the entire performance marketing function. You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Google, Meta, and marketplaces. You will work directly with senior management, manage significant budgets, and be responsible for building the reporting systems that track and improve campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:

    Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplaces, and more.
  • Budgeting:

    Manage budgets ranging from high-scale media spends (up to 50L/month) to lean campaign allocations with equal efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio and GA4 for real-time reporting and insights. Lead performance audits, conversion tracking setups, and attribution modeling.
  • Strategy & Growth:

    Collaborate across teams for campaign planning, goal-setting, and performance analysis. Identify growth opportunities and recommend automation workflows (Zapier, scripts, etc. ).
  • Industry Trends:

    Stay ahead of platform changes, industry trends, and AI-driven tools for continuous performance enhancement.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Marketer:

    You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance or Digital Marketing (agency or brand side) with a proven track record of managing D2C performance campaigns across the full funnel.
  • Platform Expert:

    You have a strong command of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, YT) and in-depth knowledge of Meta Ads (structure, testing, scaling). You must have experience setting up GMC, GMB, and pixels.
  • Data-Driven:

    You are proficient in Looker Studio, GA4, and Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, data analysis, and pivoting insights. You possess a strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Preferred Skills:

    Experience with Marketplace (Amazon/Flipkart) and Quick Commerce (Zepto) ads is a strong plus. Experience using Zapier (or similar tools) for automation and strong communication skills are highly valued.
