Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Admission Counselor with around 4 years of proven experience in the education industry . The counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions journey for AIM’s PGDM and MBA programs, ensuring excellent candidate experience while meeting defined admission targets. Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students and families on AIM’s PGDM and MBA offerings. Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person sessions. Conduct one-on-one counseling, group presentations, and webinars to explain programs and career outcomes. Manage and nurture leads in CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and branding activities. Represent AIM at education fairs, seminars, and outreach programs. Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets and contribute to overall enrollment goals. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred. 4 years of experience in counseling or admissions, preferably in the higher education sector. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
