Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Junior Admission Counselor with around 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or education counseling. The role involves engaging with prospective students and families, providing accurate information about AIM’s PGDM and MBA programs, and assisting in converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to share program details.
• Handle inbound queries about admissions, eligibility, fees, and scholarships.
• Maintain records of interactions and update lead status in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to encourage campus visits, counseling sessions, or application completion.
• Assist senior counselors during admission events, counseling days, and selection rounds.
• Promote AIM’s events, webinars, and open houses through telephonic outreach.
• Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly call and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Around 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or admissions (education industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, or similar).
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,687.45 - ₹27,000.00 per month
