Job Summary:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and experienced in managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns that drive measurable growth and ROI. You will play a critical role in scaling our customer acquisition and revenue through efficient performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Manage and monitor all aspects of PPC campaigns, including keyword selection, bidding strategies, ad copy testing, and landing page performance.
• Develop and implement paid marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance click-through and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital performance marketing.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and minimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid marketing, or PPC campaign management.
• Proven track record of driving measurable results through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Familiarity with SEO, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
