Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital platforms. Key tasks include managing pay-per-click (PPC) strategies, analyzing campaign performance through data-driven insights, and optimizing conversion funnels to achieve business goals. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with performance marketing, including PPC, SEO, and SEM
• Strong expertise in campaign analytics, A/B testing, and ROI optimization
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel optimization strategies
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
• Experience in financial services or a trading-related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
